AOE and spawn bug

ok , its starting to get a little rediculous, i go through deleras and as i run around i'm throwing up fogs and firewalls.. not at any particular area but just about all over the place.. well, here is the problem, apparently if an aoe spell lands anywhere around a skelly which needs to pop up out of the ground , he may not spawn, thereby not opening a gate or some other some such consequence. this happenned 2 times in a delera run ... hence the trouble ticket is sent and people stand around patiently untill the gm resets the fight... a buddy said they had this problem in catacombs as well.. and i hear this is an issue in tor...

I did read that they've fixed "some" of these bugs in the next update. Who knows if they fixed them all or if they just fixed certain ones.
