Can we get a "we know there is a problem and we are working on it" post?

Receiving a message of "Cannot access your account information" after successfully launching the browser and inputing login information. Has repeatedly shown despite numerous attempts to fix/troubleshoot from my side. Would like a fix or at least a response as to what's going on here.

Bah... on a Sunday no less.... Khyber has been hit as well. and I can't even go to the other servers....

Would have thought someone would have caught it cos after the last update there servers seem a bit laggier than normal. And it gradually got worse. Guess it just blew today...

QFT, cant believe people play this piece of ****. This is the last straw. I also like how my lowbie has an 85% chance to cast resist energy scrolls
and he FAILED on ALL of them (4 attempts before i was out of scrolls). Nice way to "balance" things there turbine.

And thats not the first time thats happened, i cant count how many times on my bard i had a 90-95% chance to cast a scroll and failed
6 or 7 out of 10 times. I mean what the heck is that? Sounds like a lopsided random number generator to me.

The above coupled with poorly rolled out game updates/patches and poor implementation of a new class and little to no content over TWO FREAKIN YEARS
TURBINE i think its time to just accept that Turbine doesnt care about their customer base or even keeping their customer base, so I think its safe to assume
that this game is dead.

I figured id come back after a year and see if anything has changed but I guess not. Now I am sorry I even wasted 2 months of my life on this sorry excuse
of an MMORPG.

And for all you fanboi's out there, yeah yeah, go ahead and play devil's advocate. I really dont care. But when the time comes and you realize that this game is
going down the toilet because of poor management and overall implementation and you wasted X years playing this thinking you would have spent your time
more wisely doing peoples taxes then dont say I told you so.

I am having the same error. I tried all five servers, restarting my system, restarting my modem and router, even double checked that turbine recieved payment for my subscription. Risia is down for me as well. Any help/info available?

Well Turbine I cant play cause i reactivated a account with a different card it changed both of them but then it shut me off and every time i try loggin in i CANNOT i am not paying for you to just take my money as i sit waiting Fix this

I was about to post the same thing asking if anyone was having the same porblem. I can't log onto Kyber it keeps kicking me off saying "General Error accessing your account information. try again later, and contact tech support if the problem persists" so i tried my other computer thinking vista was bugging out on me. at least its not vista acting up

There have been several "downtimes" over the 2 years, but check the eula... they cannot guarantee the game to work 24/7, they just have to do their best to TRY to make it work. As a prevous poster said, no big deal... I should probably get some shut eye anyway, but I just wanted to see if Turbine had this thing figured out yet.

i just pulled another bs in the desert thats 2 for the night if i losee them i will be blowing up the forums for a response we all know the game masters dont fix lost items due to server loss
