By +1 loot weekend. That refers to the quality of chest. If the chest was generally a lvl 6 weapon/armor and 7 clothing/jewerly it would be bumped to lvl 8 weapon/armor and 9 clothing/jewerly. Which IMO, many chest need that perma done to them. I hate running level 10 quest on elite, only to pull lvl 6 ****.

I was experiencing this myself, sometime ago .. From what I gathered on the forums, with dev input, this glitch is caused indirectly by bad hardware: usually graphics, sometimes memory.
As it happened at the time, my graphics card was overheating .. and ultimately when I replaced it the problem went away completely.To think that he of Darkness' Blight ..in service should be bound.To a dream, he has never known ..To a treasure, never found.
