Just pulled a +3 Greater Spell Penetration VI Scepter (Level 14 no rr). As we know it gives +3 on the spell penetration to spells up to 6th level. So its excelent for pk, flesh to stone.
Im actually in need off, dragon scales, large ingredients, planar gird and tomes.

Minor note for you: FoD is a lvl 7 spell so this scepter won't help with that spell.

This is a very common drop from Shroud runs now. You may not find any who will trade for one. Plus, most casters use Blue dragon robe or glacier bracers from VoD as spell pen item now. Hands are for skiver, crafted item w/ insight(int/char/wis) or Superior potency 6 item.
3 Parts Potassium Nitrate, 1/2 part Charcoal and 1/2 part Sulfur add external heat source and PHOOSH!!!!!
