Just bought a new computer (with windows Vista) and after loading the game from disc and trying to run it I got the message saying I needed to install V1.1.4322 of .NET Framework. Where do I go to get that?

I have Put Both Those on my Puter it is not showing the hotfix in my add and remove prgrams at all .. and it is still not working and wont load up and still says Connection failed.. Should i reinstall??
