Obviously it depends on the person with whom you trade. If you get lucky, someone from a raiding heavy guild will see your post and just send you a +1 dex tome since they more than likely are getting +2s from Shroud/Hound/Vision/Vale quests. To them, a +1 tome is not worth a lot.

Keep looking you'll find them for 30k plat buyouts on the AH regularly

started out with 16 dexterity but want to get the ITWF/GTWF feats without using my level up attribute bumps (4,8,12,16) since i'm saving those for strength.
