    Default Rolling another cleric

    Nothing special, just want more hp and try some different feats out.

    Dwarf lvl 16 cleric

    str:12
    dex:9
    con:18
    int:9
    wis:18
    cha:6

    feats
    -----
    1: MT (necro focus)
    3: IMT (greater necro focus)
    6: Tuffness
    9: Impower healing (Empower)
    12: Quicken
    15: Maximize

    Will swap lvl 1 and 3 feats around lvl 10 and lvl 9 feat at 16.

    Old cleric has like 210 hp, hoping this one will have much more.

    Recently made a very similar build ... it is working out great so far:

    Once you get a Con tome and a +6 item on this build you should be up around the 350 HP mark.

    You will get more mileage out of Heighten than you will from greater necro focus.

    should be more than that shouldn't it? with a starting 12 con, gfl, con 4 item, 2 con enhancements, toughness and the enhancments i have 300 hp at lvl 14.

    I made a dwarf with everything in con and wisdom,sits at 1575 sp and 400 hp atm which is perfect for the shroud.No concentration at all,quicken ftw!


    The idea behind that is i can take a delayed blast fireball in the face and still heal the tanks without getting one-shotted...I love it,highly survivable.

    It probably will be with a shroud item ... I am thinking I will hit close to 500. Very survivable cleric.

    I will let you know what I top out at ... made level 14 last night (can't remember my current hit points).

    I can tell you that this char has only died once and that was in a Titan raid party wipe at level 10.

    Even then I was the second to last person alive in the raid

    Last person pretty much committed suicide after I died ... heh

    Minor point - you can't take IMT until lvl 6. The pre-req for it is the ability to cast 3rd lvl spells, which you can't do until lvl 5.

    Should be a fine build. Personally I think you're taking the lack of hit points from your first cleric and going a bit far to the other extreme with this one, meaning going dwarf with the CON enhancement they get and the bonus to CON to start, I think 16 CON would have been fine, allowing you to either 1) start with more STR and swing a weapon around a bit, or 2) pump up INT (skill points), CHA (DVs), or DEX (reflex save). I'm guessing your first cleric was drow or elf.
