Been 2 days waiting for a character transfer, and I have gotten nothing from turbine in the way of communication! An auto-generated reply, and then nothing. I even sent a follow up inquiry, and didn't even get an auto reply for that one. So I am thinking maybe something wrong with info on account, and info I submitted. Funny thing is, i can't seem to log into myaccount.com to check details. As of now, I am still waiting for a reply on lost password. (which I might add, I had to change yet again last time i had to check up on account details. And yes, I still have key email saved) So a little help please

ok, i figured out the right combo to get to account main. but still waiting for reply regarding toon transfer. any ideas? DOH!! I am such a stiff, I inadvertantly, sent transfer request with forum name, or secondary name, instead of main account name. hopefully second request gets through to someone

thanks for reply. I actually called on the phone a few days ago, and someone took care of it right away. the new request is for second character transfer. LOL. At least this time, I knew what to do properly!
