Ive got a few items in my inventory I can not seem to sell to NPCs. They are not bound, and are not 'locked' so I can not figure out whats going on. Its a robe so I cant imagine it being a quest item either. WHats the deal? Any clues?

UGH! I just felt my noob rating go up! Someone delete this before I look to much more stupid! lol. Yes... I died while carrying the item so it got damaged... Didnt think to repair it cause I cant wear it so it never got used.
