Sorry - put this in the wrong place to start - neither I nor my husband can log into our accounts post this morning's maintenance - we are getting login errors stating that the billing account isn't accessible. HELP!

I used the live chat technical support. They said they were aware of the issue and are working on it and don't have an ETA yet for the fix. Forum seems ok to log into (though it took 2 tries), logging into game isn't working atm. Though it did at 11 am EST roughly but then I logged out

Trying to log in right now myself, and I managed to log into the forums just fine, but can't log into the game

Cannot log in either. Gets stuck in log in "screen". Will keep trying.

Same issue here, was wanting to reactivate other account and cant get past login screen.
