Let me fix it by posting a guy with NO raid items(other than the Gloves from SR that is, upper right corner.), NO +3 tomes. No shroud item either.
Note that he does have a 2 STR tome, a 2 CON tome and 2 WIS tome thanks to a streak of miracle luck my Rangers and Barbarian had in the Vale and Shroud.
Now, what do you think I can get done with this little fella?

He is usually the last to fall in any and every partywipe he is in, FYI. Rings on slot 9 and 0 are Rings of the Ancestors pulled before the nerf. I did a total of 9 runs for them.

Here you go, a self healing evasion battle sorc, ya my ac sucks, but with quicken reconstruct, it doesn't matter, no +2 or +3 tomes yet, and still without raid loot of any substance, only have Cloudburst at this point...:

Yeah, For those of you who thinks im a tank, i'm not. For those of you think i was actually 'made' for questing, i'm not. This is my second cleric and i play him alot in pvp, pvp is fun for me but for some you guys you dont think pvp is worthwhile, NOTE* need to craft wis +2 item and 100 mana item and will have around 1400 mana, good for a pvp cleric not speced for quests

once again im going to say, hes going to have about 1400, 30 wis and greater spell power item, and ill say again, he wasnt made only for quests and even with his 900 sp sometimes i go and quest with it, still has mana to spare. the hound,shroud,vod i have 1200 mana. dont have any problems with mana usually.

Face it, you need to be good at questing to make a good PvP build, and this build just doesnt have what it really takes to be a true "PvP" build, considering you dont have evasion.

Or 2 rogue for evasion, or 2 monk for evasion AND +2 wis.

Why would i want evasion? I will never use evasion in quests, and i am level 16 because hes good in quests, i didnt say he wasnt good in quests, i said he wasnt 'made' for quests. and no hes not a tank, took level of barb because of the hp, if i could i would go back and change it.
