All Bard Shroud!

Ok folks, it's that time.

I will post the LFM at 9:00 pm EST, Saturday, August 2.

If you wanna go, please try really hard to stay off-timer.

After careful consideration, here are the rules:

1. You must have the Bard icon.

Finally, if a Bard out there with Rogue skills (for part 3) could confirm attendance on this thread before Saturday, that would be much appreciated and a spot will be reserved.

Here's the scoop: the next attempt at an all Bard Shroud is going to be organized by someone else and scheduled by someone else. I don't know who this someone else will be or when this someone else will plan the Raid, but what I DO know, is that that someone else will not be me. I suck at this!!!

Anyway, in all seriousness it should be organized by someone who can guarantee at least a handful of Bards (include me in that list, I will definitely be there). I think when there are a few in the group already, it makes other peeps less hesitant to join.

That is all, hopefully "someone else" will have better luck than me.

Can I make an earnest, not trying to be rude suggestion?

Don't put it at the same time as another all-class event? I'm pretty sure a few of the rogues in our run had Bards they would've loved to bring along.

It isn't you. It took Jackknife two weeks to get that all-gimp shroud run together. You just need to keep posting times and bumping your thread and the bards will rally...

Yeah, I realize the first attempt was up against an all Monk one. But I thought this one was free and clear, I didn't see that the Rogue one was re-scheduled to the same time until I got on last night and put the LFM up and somebody sent me a tell about it.

I agree there is not enough population on the server to try and have two of these things at the same time. Dang, there was only one instance in Meridia last night! What's up with that???

Again, that's why it is probably best for someone who plays more than I do and who is a little more in tune with the "goings-on" to organize this one.

I would like to see a few more interested, and would like to start on time. I hope to see everyone there.

So, I stand by my earlier comments. This time, I was completely innocent and was not trying to schedule the All Bard run at the same time as the All Rogue Run. The only thing I can be accused of is not being properly connected to the "grapevine". And this backs up my "pass the buck" theory that someone else should plan the All Bard Run, preferably someone connected to this grapevine.

(pssst! Hint! Hint! Can someone at NSR please schedule an All Bard Shroud run??? Pretty please? With sugar on it??? And, can I come???)

Earlier in the thread, on 7-24, Toombs announced that the new time was 8-2 at 8pm. I thought that was good, so I didn't add anything to it until I saw Charlamagne's and Moops' posts and realized that everybody might not have noticed the time change.
