    Default help plz new PC & install issues

    Got a new PC with vista. just downloaded the high res. After the download at abot 90 thru the install it says it's missing files is there a patch for these files I've dloaded the program 2X now

    This usually is the result of a firewall or antivirus program interfering with the download - or- a momentary connection issue - unfortunately you may need to redownload agian - I would recommend using a download manager and checking firewall and antivirus software to ensure that they are not blocking anything from our servers.
