WoP ShortBow worth anything?

I got one of these last night in the reaver and was curious if these are sought after. I know the melee versions of these are sought after and rightly so. Having saw what a pair of melee weapons can do I dont get the same feeling from my WoP longbow so I figure the Shortbow is in the same boat as the longbow.

If anyone has any Idea if I should try to trade it or sell it on the AH. I am not trying to make a bajillion plat if I did sell it just looking for suggestions on a fair price.

I would comfortably pay 100 k plat or so for my rogue/elven caster/bard to use one. Ive purchased two of these on ah for 60 k plat and 120 k plat. Unlike dagger/ss/rap..........the bows tend to be AH findable........with short being a better value than long for very little good reason. Gl though with this item! To me this item is nice enough to have on any toon you have though before selling it, it is more useful than valuable imo.

If you put it on the AH put a decent buyout and you will see it move quickly. 2-3 mill is what I payed for my WOP longbow and I consider it a good amount for that item.

It's worth quite a bit, mostly because well, two words......Many.......Shot.

I might trade quite a bit for it mostly because I don't have a ranged WoP weapon for my ranger yet. Though I don't carry as much plat as some I've always got large caches of gear lying around.

I still have it yes. I was just curious if it was as something people looked out for. I have a longbow/rapier/shortsword so I may part with it. I have not yet decided but if I do I will send you a PM to let you know. More then likely I will be looking to get rid of it just not at the moment.

Bigger market. Anyone with Longbow Proficiency is also proficient with Shortbow, Plus you have racial and class users of the Shortbow.

I know I picked up a W/P Shortbow a while back on the AH for 200K plat and was happy to do so for my Ranger. Manyshot for the WIN!!! With any sort of skill it can do some awesome job of mob clearing. At BAB 16 with improved Crit Ranged as well as Improved Precise shot...it can be very sick.

i have felt so friggin stupid for the last year or so....way way way back when, when thassolhoff (i think that was him? he was a big forum member before he quit...) traded me a wop shortbow and a weakining of enfeebling longsword for my shortbow of smiting. well, i didnt know what a wop was, and it didnt seem all that big of a deal to me, so i ended up trading it for, i dont know, something stupid. so anyway, a year and a half later, these wop things are HUGE!!!!. so yeah. i feel like a dummy for it. i have been kicking myself for the last year, callin myself (just to reaffirm everyone else's comments about me) a bappin idiot.
