Next up - all Bard Shroud?

OK, so here's the thing. I LOVE to play. I LOVE to PUG. I love to JOIN groups. But I hate CREATING them .

However, as I read about the various "All *inset class here* Shroud runs", I just keep thinking we need an all Bard one.

I don't suppose I could pass the buck to some willing leader to coordinate something like that? (You NSR folks seem to know your way around this sort of thing, how 'bout it? )

And we could even include a Bard to keep peeps hasted?

Anyway, maybe such a thing would make the Shroud too easy, I dunno . But boy would I love to be in on that run!

So, if anyone decides to take the wheel and coordinate this, I'd be most grateful. If not, I will take a couple of hours Saturday evening to prepare myself to actually put an LFM up around 9:00 pm EST. (I really hate putting groups together...)

Obviously, being Bards, the rules prevent ANY other class from joining. I think the minimum Bard level for a multi-class should be, say 9 Bard levels/7 other, but no more than that. In other words, have a Bard icon by your name. It would be nice to have a mix of Spellsingers/Warchanters/Virtuosos (are there even any out there???). It would also be good to have at least one member with some rogue skills for the lock picking in Part 3. Other than that, stocking up on scrolls would be in order (please don't forget the Fire Shield scrolls! They're awesome!)

OK, so there you have it. Currently looking for someone to lead this merry adventure, if nobody does I will force myself to, I'll even use voice chat, sigh. (So, I'll warn you now, I'm not a guy and I've been known to swear on occasion, not quite Turet's like swearing, but close. )

OK, edit time. I see the All Monk Shroud is set for tomorrow at 9:00 pm EST (if only I could read...). And since I don't want to infringe, I will leave the date open as "some future date to be determined". Besides, there may not even be enough interest for all I know. OR we could do it at the same time as the Monk one and see who completes first??? jk

EDIT #2: I will post the LFM at 9:00 pm EST, Saturday July 26th and see if it fills up.

EDIT #3: Since it looks like I'm gonna be running this thing, I'm allowing for one small rule change: I am willing to take a pure level 16 Pally with us. (I have my reasons plus we share Charisma in common...). And it seems all these types of Raids allow for ONE of another class (usually Bards, go figure) so I've decided to pick Pally for the odd one out here. If one doesn't join, no biggie, we can go without.

I love these all *insert class here* raids... much fun! If I am around when you run this (the timezone thing messes me up sometimes) and you have room for my non battle kinda healing specced spell singer bard, count me in! I will try to keep her off timer for this weekend

I'm sure there will be room. Which of your toons is the Bard? My main Bard (Cedrica) is also a healing specced Spellsinger, but I also have a Warchanter if we need to mix it up. I imagine 3-4 healing specced Bards would be plenty. And if yours is anything like mine, we can Range pretty well with transmuting bows/throwing weapons (the song damage is sweet even for weaking Bards ) when we aren't healing.

If you keep the "barb" requirement to "must have a bard icon" then I don't see why this isn't possible, we've got some pretty great Bardbarians on the server. Let the battle bards do the fighting, the healing specced ones keep red bars full and the CC specced ones keep everything controlled.

If your willing to change the exception from pali to say... rogue I'ld join and even put group together for ya. Besides Bards/Rogues we're all shady anyhow.
