This error typically indicates that the maintenance was successful, but the website wasn't able to immediately update correctly for some reason. Can you try logging back in to the Accounts page, please, to confirm that the cancellation request went through? Your account should say it's pending cancellation. If it's not, please contact our Account Management team and they'll definitely get that resolved for you. The contact options are listed in my sig below.
