I've been trying to get my hands on a Silver Longbow for about the last 6 weeks. I had to start over after a long hiatus so had very little in the way of plat to buy one from the AH, and I was doing PuGs only since returning (guildless until recently) so I was unable to ever get into the Church and the Cult quest. Yesterday Kistilian was kind enough to offer to help me run the quest to obtain one. However, the gods were with me and someone decided to sell one to the House D vendors! Woot!

So to whoever sold their Silver Longbow to the Pawn Shop; I thank you from the very bottom of my heart
