If you're new to the game check the Auction House for really cheap gear. Check the vendors for gear or while in quest ask people in your party if they could pass along some gear they find in chests. Most established players are willing to give away stuff they would otherwise vendor. If you find any pots (i.e. cure, resist energy, bull's strength, bear's endurance...) use them. What a Coincidence.... WHen I was new I had no good gear and very Little Gp's as well.....

Dont get caught up in the "You must have Uber gear to succeed" in this game. Have fun and hone your skills.. The Gear and Plats will come.

I don't mind helping people at all...

But someone please tell me that this isn't the guy running around in the harbor opening trade windows with anyone over level 5, and " demanding " in general that people give him " items and gold for free! " .

PS. I'm NOT saying you're the same person, but if you are ( or if that person happens to see this ), know that I'm a pretty patient person, but my 8 year-old daughter is not. And she didn't enjoy having trade windows spammed at her at all. Next time that **** happens, someone is going to find themselves talking with a GM about an harassment report pretty **** fast.

once again i'll ask what it is you're looking for...I KNOW you were sent 11k plat and a +1 wis tome when you were looking for a +2 wis item. How much more do you need? It sounds like you are doing pretty well for yourself here.

This game was more fun when I created my first character, when I pulled my first vorpal, when I found my first MFP or when I made my first mil.

Those things only happen once.
