Problem with Enhancements

I'm having a problem with enhancements. i'm in server Thelanis and I have come up with a problem with a particular character's enhancements. Now, this character is a dwarf fighter. He is now second level and his strength enhancement doesn't show up. The character started out with a 15 strength, and now no enhancement shows up for the strength point. So I've borrowed an ogre power item and raised his strength to 16, but still the fighter-trainer in the harbor does not show a strength enhancement. Just all the other fighter ones. Does this mean the stats have to be started with even or odd numbers to get the specific enhancements? My second character in Thelanis is also a dwarf ranger who started out with a 16 dexterity, and he became second level and his dexterity enhancement does show up. So is there a problem somewhere? Or should I just report a bug? Thanks for your help.

Show all unavailable and see if it is shown as unavailable. If you have less than 2 Ap to spend or if you haven't spent 2 AP so far (pre requesites) then it won't show. If this isn't the issue then bug report it. It has nothing to do with starting stats.

• Fighter Strength II: +2 to Strength. AP Cost: 4. Progression: 16. Level: 6.
• Fighter Strength III: +3 to Strength. AP Cost: 6. Progression: 30. Level: 10.

Probably a stupid question, but have you already spent 2 AP or were you saving them? By this you must ahve spent 2 already for it to appear.
