    Default Vorpal sickle query

Just curious of vorpal sickles are still sought after.

Pulled a +3 of shatter (2) RR Halfling last night. It has the Sickle of Sypheros look.

Just wondering with the recent vorpal explosion whether the sickles are still in demand or if they have also flooded the market.

They are sort after usually by clerics. Healing type clerics (ones that didn't splash Ftr or Paladin) can't use Martial Weapons so a Sickle fits the bill.

There's plenty of Halfling Clerics out there so you might have a market.

Well it does for those classes that aren't proficient with martial weapons. If you ain't proficient you usually aren't melee. If you ain't melee you usually ain't got much strength. If you ain't got much strength, you certainly don't need a -4 to confirm critical.

yeah but still need a 20 and while not a battle cleric my uska could proably confirm most hits. and you dont have to have str with a vorpal sickle dex would work if you were a finese type and he doesnt have martial prof but he can use a long sword all he has to do is give up a turn undead.
