+5 Resistance Cloak & +15 Haggle item swap

I pulled a level 15 RR: Halfling +5 Resistance cloak last night, and need one with either no RR or RR: Dwarf. I know it's probably a long shot, but I'm willing to throw in a bit extra - say a Large Scale or something.

Also have a clean +15 Haggle Necklace that I'd like to swap for a +15 Haggle item in any other slot.

I actually have a greensteel +6 cha skills necklace...so unless someone has a +19 Haggle necklace lying around that they'd want to swap for some reason, currently a +13 helm & +6 cha skills necklace is better.
