Help me with this!

In PnP, I had created a "Gallifreyian" species and a "Timelord" pretseige class, mostly for a lark. Now with limitations of DDO, I am trying to see if I can make a viable character based on the Doctor.

There are three versions that can be possible, however, there are certain characteristics that would be in all three. I'm not sure how to do it.

THE BASICS:

He is charming, can talk your socks off, and can BLUFF like it is going out of style.

Time is very important. after all, he is a TIMELORD. Spells/feats/abilities that grant him control over time.

Travel is important: DD, Teleport and Greater Teleport

He is Non-Violent*: he doesn't use weapons until the last resort, even then they are quick and painless. prefers, to talk his way out, or convenice his enemies that they are wrong.

He is inspiring: Being around him makes you feel important, and you seem to do great feats with ease.

He is never armoured: 'nuff said

He is very clever, I'd say brilliant!: UMD is almost nessacary

He regenerates: Die hard?

He is VERY mechanically inclined: repair skill, spells, enhancements, and such. Also Disable Device

He has a sonic screwdriver: wands? especially Open Lock wands (or the spell) Sonic based weapony

He can feel the whole of time and space: well, maybe a good spot/search and/or listen might work here.

When he does fight back, better watch out: the man is on a slow burn, but when he does kill, whole galaxies pay the price. If he is killing, It's widespread chaos, friends and himself be damned.


Requirement: Human. No uber raid loot. up to +5 STAT items. No shroud stuff either. 28 pt. build is needed (trying out on Khyber) HOWEVER can give aside for 32 points. multi/tri class is almost required. Try to fit as much of the discriptors above into a build. CHAOTIC GOOD ONLY


Variations on a theme:

The DOctor "Cuz I'm Brilliant!": THe mechanical and very talented genius, and very very clever.

*The Doctor "Oncoming Storm": Intimation, can use any weapon, suicidal nuker. Don't be his enemy-ever. Wizard/fighter(?) Intimitank lite with nasty AOEs. REAL nasty AoEs. And lots of scrolls of Tensers as a back-up plan.

The Doctor, "Wanna come with me?": Charming, jack of all trades, mechnical genius, pacifist, type which his normal personailty. THe one that is the most inspiring. THe one I would like.

I have tried several builds, and not sure how to do it. I would like to fit all the traits of The Doctor into one person, howver, he may become useless. I am curious what others would do.

*When he is pushed, he is PUSHED. He was a soldier, and I believe a military leader. Most ofthe time, non-violent. THe Oncoming Storm aspect is The Doctor during wartime.
