    Default Issue with trying to reactivate my account

    Hello there, I've pre-ordered DDO when it came out, played for 1 weeks and pulled the game away. Now i'm interested to come back to the game to try it up again with the recent changes. When I go to my account page, I can't update my DDO with a subscription, it say free of charge, I though for being a longtime account they gave me free time over a period of time, although after installation of the game, they ask to subscribe to DDO wich I can't.

    To add to that, on that page, I can subscribe to LOTRO I game that I owned too, but pulled away too. It offer me to resume it but not for DDO.

    If it was a pre-order account that was never actually upgraded with a retail product key, you would need to purchase a copy of the game in order to continue playing. If you're certain the account was already upgraded, please contact the Account Management team so they can have a look at it for you. Contact options are below:
