Spell Focus vs. Greater Spell Focus

It looks like these feats are the same, is there a difference? and if I take say Conjuration in both will they stack? and if i carry arround a Conjuration item will it also stack? Just trying to build a better cleric.

The feat Spell Focus stacks with the feat Greater Spell Focus, which both stack with a Spell Focus item

Of similar note, but not quite the same.... Spell pen, Greater spell pen and items... do they stack? What about enhancements? It's something I've always wondered about and never really thought to analyze. (mainly cause of the pain involved with respec of enhancements)

Caster Level innate Spell Penetration stacks with the feat Spell Penetration which stacks with the feat Greater Spell Penetration which stacks with the Spell Penetration enhancements which stack with a Spell Penetration item. However, only your best Spell Penetration item is used depending on the level of the spell you cast.

In short, they all stack except for overlapping items for spell penetration.
