Maybe because I forgot my Comma after "Still"?

    Lemme fix it...

Still, 14 in 6+ Months with your obsessive COllectable gathering seems rather low to me.
Sorry misunderstanding. Everybody teases me about not being capped, gut reaction. Maybe a law of balances. I get rare collectibles, you get uber loot. In this case, I win. For a change.

Impaqt, his numbers are pretty close to mine. I've been collecting since mod5 or so (I deleted my collectable carrier in mod 4... **** me), and have 9 lightning split soarwoods.

I just have to laugh. I mean I've been collecting these things even before we had bags. Ah the bank space it took up, but when all of my collectables are in the double digits, I feel at ease.

However, I'll grant you. Teir 1 stuff is the hardest stuff to pick up at all. The wood I think rates up there as the hardest to get if I remember my collecting correctly. I get more stellar orbs and crystal decanters than I do wood. At a rate of.. about 2 to 1 I want to say.

back when you are uncapped, collecting everything for turns in to sell off what you get made very strong scene to me. The scrimping and saving I had to do when I first started just to bet the 10k plat for that portable hole... man was that an achievement. Now... drop in the bucket.

Ive been pretty lucky finding tier 1 collectibles on my lowbies because ive gotten used to running quests over and over to help other guild members out. Now because of my vocalness many are stopping to pick up stuff from rubble and bookshelves. To the lightning split even I must confess that at the most before I started selling them off I had maybe 12. the recent one I picked up in slavers of the shrieking mines in a bookshelf. Ive also had luck in house p in the cage trolls for it and im trying to remember which house J quest. Ive started to snap pictures of areas I collect from so the next split soarwood I pick up i'll start documenting it and post them here.

    I just like taking picture

LOL. I was thinking the same thing the other day, as I ran another character through the desert getting all the explorers, building slayers, have almost all the rares and between three current characters have a total of about 650 tokens. All to get a randomly generated list of items.

I mean, you can see where the "grinding" started and evolved into collectable "somethings" in every subsequent new area introduced to the game.
Originally, collectables were mostly ignored. With the new bags I think many people, like me, just collect 'em and rarely look at them. I figured when I get to 50 of each I will go turn them in. I will have to look to see now if I have the infamous lightening soarwoods.

I've been farming all the places mentioned for the lightning split soarwood....a lot of runs. I have 1 total.
I found 2 in one day, both in bookcases (not alchemy tables or backpacks or piles of rubble), while running the Cot6 series.
