I have had a connection issue for a week now. I have had to email my crys of help, as the live chat isnt working. the banner page sattes "live chat open 12am to 8:30 pm M-F but all I ever get is a email popup, then I have to wait 24 hrs for a responce.
is there a 800 number to call or is there some super secret password to get live chat up?
sorry if I rant a bit but I feel as if they have been making me jump through hoops.

Turbine has if not the worst customer support, very nearly the worst customer support. I found a phone number only to wind up at a recorded message that they dont answer phone queries any more. They do everything they can to avoid contact which should be illegal. They now do not answer phone queries at all on the above number or any other, they truly suck in customer service.
