What +healing % stacks?

I was wondering. I have Empowered healing and Cleric +20% healing, but I just got an imp devotion 3 item and the item says that it does not stack with other + healing effects. Does that meen just other potency and devotion items, or does it also meen Empowered healing and my + enhancments?

Potency and devotion do not stack with each other, but will stack with your cleric enhancements and feats.

Ways you can improve healing:

a good potency or devotion item
cleric life healing amplification enhancements
cleric critical chance/multiplier enhancements
feats: maximize, empower healing, empower spell
healing lore/arcane lore (blue dragonscale, gauntlets of eternity, greenblade, skiver, shroud positive item)
