cant get past launcher

every time i try to log on i cant get past the launcher before it freezes up on me. i have 2 computers and they both are having the same problem, last night also i was having upto a 28% pachage loss. y is this happening? its not my internet i play other game online and dont have problems.

Was having the same problem last night and thought it was my connection (one shared ADSL connection with other people in the house using it at the time).

Then this morning, BAM still couldn't get it.

Now, I'm in.

Weird.
