I can try but I'll need to buy a cheap stopwatch I know we were at the first altar somewhere around 9 minutes. We also almost took down the fiend in 1 round in part 4 on the second run.

The first run, however, we did have 1 person DDoor out.

Impressive to have done the raid that fast without having taken down the pit fiend in round 1 because every additional round seems to add an extra couple of min.

Yeah he was only at 3%. Too bad we didnt have a bard It was that run in the screenshot.

I blame the lag.

It was mad laggy in there on part 4, something which I never see. I'm not sure, but I think we had 1 death b/c heals/cures weren't going off.

Oh yeah I forgot about that lag in part 4. It seemed that we had so much DPS going on that the instance slowed down to a crawl. I know I lost a lot of swings to the lag.

Oh, and you can go much faster than this time. We still haven't had a real smooth part 2 yet. In these speed runs, part 2 seems to be bogged down for some reason.

Also, need better coordination on part 3. Seems we lost time there as well. I guess some of that is due to the fact that we're not really planning for the best time, we just get in and zerg.

Oh, and let's not forget that we had to go into the 2nd round in part 4 b/c of the lag.

All in all, I can easily see shaving 5-10 minutes off the raid. Mid 20's is what I'm guessing as optimal.

I had that same problem this morning. We had 9 tanks dual wielding on the pit fiend and he was EASILY going to die within one round (didn't even have a bard, was quite surprising) but then everything came to a crawl and the 2 clerics asked us to step out because it was too laggy for them to heal us

I think it's pretty clear that it was due to my uber leadership abilities /flex

Actually, in the first shots, I was being thankful that Selyra wasn't with us.

We'll get it down to 25 min. Once I get Wyllye Shroud ready, the Pit Fiend will die in the first round after I smack him with my pimp hand. He won't even come back for part 5, he'll just hand the four lts. hand over the loot and leave.
