In Game Harrasment

I've looked at the FAQ, and have tried using the in game help to report said person. I have screen shots of the person cursing fellow guild mates out, and the person they were talking to out. Is there anywhere I can send these screen shots so this can be dealt with quicker? I know there is squelch etc, but this person has recruited multiple other people in this harrasment.
