Do the high energy cells have to be charged? That might make or break the deal right there, those +8 or higher weapons take a long time to get.

You been trying for months and months to trade for a w/p rapier. now all the sudden you have one to trade????? Why?
to bad you want all that and seventysomething larges. i just made 3 lightning II's and only have like 30 larges left, anyway if you get down to wanting all that and 30 lrgs let me know.

An impressively detailed, typed, and long list for a person who is bored of DDO. What say you? Seriously, that would be a lot of playing and crafting bound items for a expiring account.
How about this. Perhaps if you get your trade you will enjoy playing again. (Perhaps your toons won't be so gimped. j/k) You could then just write a post apologizing for saying you were leaving. (Don't think of it as apologizing for staying.)

It is an amazing item and rare to pull, but did I say wow!!??!!
Well, if you are indeed quitting, I say the entire server rolls a d/1,000,000 to find out who gets it!! LOL!!
