i cannot see them in any quest recently

this started to happen when i was leveling my new tempest ranger & went into POP, i can fight them, i.e., i can see the die animation indicating a hit or miss, but i cannot see them

this also occurs in a cry for help & when i want to talk to the npc end-reward giver for foundation of discord

also, happens in shroud against thatamurges

anyway, i submitted a ticket & was referred here because i was told some game files may be "corrupted"

any help is appreciated

i think i need to reinstall the game

it sounds like you will need to reinstall the game, as for some files have been currupted like they told you.

You can try resetting the graphics options via the launcher (click on the little arrow on top right, then options>repair>reset) if that does not work then as the above poster stated you may need to reinstall.
