W/P ranged and rapier(only rapiers), OTWF

any good mele weapons(ml 10 disruptor anyone), really prefer rapiers, anything ranger oriented in the ml 10-16 range, could trade for a few off hi end items

You may want to take a look at how common paralyzers are on the AH and in the brokers and rethink what you are asking for.
