    Default Narsatch bounty in Waterworks

You have to jump in the water adn swim to the bottom left to find the tunnel entrance. The other Kobold spawns behind a secret door in the corner of the hallway that Guard Tember is located in.

People refer to the to quest Chain as Waterworks, even though it is not the actual name for the quest chain.
Nope, sorry, the two named kobolds in the explorer area of Waterworks are Yiley and Har-Har. I've never seen a bounty bag from that board that wasn't for a mob inside the actual waterworks quest chain. Thanks for replying though. Hopefully I'll get a official confirmation (either "he exists and is in part X", or "that bag is a bug") soon.

Sorry I wasn't much help then. If this is in deed the case, then he is either so super rare he has the most uberest weapon around, or he just doesn't exist inside this quest chain.

He exists and is in Clan Tunnelworm's Lair (Part 3).

Wow, I have never seen that kobold ever in my journey's through Waterworks (The Lost Seekers). Does anyone know where he actually spawns? I think the only places I haven't seen a named is the first room to the right (where you fight the shamans on the ramp) before Krankos' area or after you jump down the tube in that water room with the catwalks before you get to Chief Jittik and the Hobgoblin Emissary.

What's the name of the kobold on the opposite side of the green tunnel, you know, the one that you have to do the underwater tunnel for.

Is this just an oversight that hasn't been brought up (few bards are specced for healing and fewer healing bards have the Lorikk's set) or intentional?
I have confirmed with the developer responsible that this is intentional.

For that matter, is the third tier of Tharne's supposed to be Featherfalling?

It almost seems like a placeholder ability.

What about the weight on lorikk's and levik's?

Would be nice if they weighed as mithril, or at least have levik's weigh as mithril as it realy is.

    Agreed.

    2 Items:

    * Glacial Assualt - When both items are equipped your will receive Improved Glaciation VIII.
    * Levik's Defender - When both items are equipped you will receive a +3 Insight bonus to AC, +20% additional threat.
    * Lorikk's Champion - When both items are equipped you will receive Improved Devotion VIII.
    * Tharne's Wrath - When both items are equipped the wielder's weapons will act as if they are Ghost Touch, and will generate 20% less threat in melee combat.

    3 Items:

    * Glacial Assualt - When both items are equipped your will receive Superior Glaciation VIII.
    * Levik's Defender - When both items are equipped you will receive a +5 Insight bonus to AC, +30% additional threat.
    * Lorikk's Champion - When both items are equipped you will receive Superior Devotion VIII.
    * Tharne's Wrath - When both items are equipped the wielder's weapons will act as if they are Ghost Touch, and will generate 20% less threat in melee combat... And you get Featherfall???

Why not just have it generate 30% less threat? It just seems out of place considering the trend of the other 3 sets.

Is said developer seriously saying that he specifically made an item Mithral but deliberately did not give the item any Mithral properties? If so, I honestly cannot say whether that is more incompetent or stupid...

    Ok, here's how it is:
The other three sets give sucky abilities from two pieces, and it takes three pieces to make them good. I mean, Improved spell boost or +3 Insight AC?
The Tharnes set gives a good ability from two pieces, and there's no need to make a really nice three-piece bonus.

The benefit of getting Tharnes on Dragontouched Armor is not that you unlock a new and awesome three-piece power, but instead that you gain flexibility in how you get the two-piece power: either goggles + bracers or goggles + armor.

Ok, I missed the part where both items show as mithril. I only asked if it was intentional one was mithril and one was not. He said that one was deliberately changed to be mithril and one was deliberaetly left as non-mithril. Granted, I'm paraphrasing our conversation, but it was never mentioned that both show as mithril.

So the bug here is that an item is showing as mithril when it shouldn't be. It's deliberate that one has mithril properties and one does not.

While you're around, oh master of As to our Qs.

Is there any progress getting the trickier handwraps working?

I don't know whether to thank you and say "dang it!" cause now I have to go find him. Anyway, thank you Silthe for confirming. You wouldn't want to give a further hint, like "he's before/after you drop down the tube", would you?

There is a named Kobold Rare that is in fornt of the door before the poison traps leading to the Shrine on the top, I think it is the Red Tunnel (tunnel to the Right, oppossite the underwater swim tunnel).

Nope, that guy is Witch Doctor Krankos. It's actually where the blue switches are, which made me think it might be a hint because the bounty bag description says blue is Narsatch's favorite color. I even went and pulled those switches first, then looked down every hallway, even back through the slimes. But no luck. I've looked everywhere in part 3, and aside from searching every couple of steps for a secret door, I just can't find him.

I only asked because originally both showed as mithral and neither had the properties, and then one was changed (was hoping it was a 2nd oversight, as the -10% asf would really make it a more attractive item for bards).

Knowing the intention's otherwise, I can see the rationale (letting bards/casters have that shield's dr with %5 asf, plus one of the arcane dexterity gloves, they'd have no drawback at all).

So he is in the section by the Ogre then? Or is he the named Ogre? Because in all the times I've run WW, I can't recall seeing a named Kobold in that section.
