I work on the EST time frame and I've been at work since 6:45 AM EST. That's what allows me to do stuff like take a few minutes to log onto the forums to complain about the lack of release notes.

Turbine has a serious problem with service operations. It always been like that. The delay on the services is great and the flow of information, wich can be crucial in services, is very choppy.

Release notes should start blank and be edited as players discover changes, like zoo animals released back into their enclosures to sniff out hidden treats.
