    Which would be the best choice for a Halfling of str 12
    12 Fighter \ 2 Rogue \ 2 Ranger

    Repeating Heavy Crossbow or Repeating Light Crossbow ?

    str is irrelevant with repeaters.

    Heavy does more damage.

    You'll probably use w/p.

    Take both, you have the feats to be more versatile and not get hosed (ie, take light and pull heavies)
