Tempest/Warchanter is possible.
The only combination that isn't is Tempest or Deepwood combined with Arcane Archer (in the case of an Elven Ranger).Person Æ, SarlonaTanka (Elf Tempest Trapper) .:. Darani (Aasimar Inquisileric) .:. Raelyth (Elf Artifonk)

don't see why tempest II wouldn't come out and i know that
the build is 9 Ranger for evasion so hopefully i could squeeze out enough Ranger levels to actually get TempII in anyways
if not, well that's what my straight Tempest build is for
i'm not a huge fan of multiclasses to be honest but now that i have a few pure classes built up i'm just goofing around with builds that sound like fun and this is one of them for me
glad he's wrong cause i want to see how this will work out.... the numbers crunched in so far are looking promising but it seems one of those builds that i'll have to play out to see if it's even worth it
