Laucher Hanging up

For the past hour and half the laucher has hung up immediatedly after I've clicked on the icon. EDIT: It hangs on "Opening Main Form." Never had this trouble before. Haven't changed any settings, have rebooted several times. It just sits there. Eventually I have to open the task manager to end it. Here's what the launcher log says:
