As stated above, it would be nice to have the ability to use a feat to gain more enhancement points (APs). Some classes/races are very enhancement heavy. I'm guessing 6-8 per feat.

6-8 AP per feat taken?
Even if you could only take this feat once, its still the most broken feat you could take.
Maybe they'll make a feat like this:
Heroic Deringdo: You gain two feats!
There we go, a feat that gets you two feats!
6-8 AP is a HUGE number of AP. i would say if they made a feat that gave you more, it would 1-2. and thats even pushing it since your AP lines are often better than feats.
Let's see.
Barb just hitted level 6, instead of taking my level 6 feat as my 2nd toughness, which will give me 8 more hit points at that level, I'll trade it for 6 more AP, ya, good deal, much than enough to get tier 1 and 2 of toughness enhancement, and I still have more AP to spend and I won more hp's.
Another example, Elven Attack I, you get +1 with longsword or Rapier to attack, this is basically a more specific Weapon Focus.
Not to be pesimistic, but I dont see this happening
Point taken, 6-8 is a lot. The number of feats can be quite tight for some toons, and others can have many feats to spare. It would definitely be a feat that you could only take once, and 2 AP is not unreasonable. The reason I sug'd this, is I have a ranger barb thats tight on feats and APs, this would allow a bit more management options.

Cleaning out a computer the other day, I came across a document that had three of my old characters planned out. One of these characters was a 10/2 barbarian/fighter. In 12 levels, I had 10 feats. My enhancements listed are: Fighter's Action Boost, Fighter's Strength, Extra Rage, and Power Rage. The very day the enhancement allocation changed (from 4 slots to point progression) my character exploded with enhancements that were never previously possible due to the "4 slot" system of old.
I agree, some classes and combination of classes are more enhancement heavy than others, but we've already been granted a huge amount of latitude, combinations, and possibilities when the system was changed to what it is now. Although I do see the reasoning behind this suggestion - I think it would horribly unbalance certain classes and class combinations.
Diplomacy: For when a fireball would just send the wrong message.
