No Display!!

I just downloaded the 10 day trail, but everytime I log into the game it comes up with a self diagnosis check for the display and asks if the display settings are correct. All I get is a black screen. I can hear a movie playing in the background, but I dont have a picture. What do I do?

Sounds like either your video card is incapable of displaying what the game is asking of it, or your video settings are way off the optimal mark and outside what the game can use. Then again, it could be other things as well.

Need alot more info than what you provided to make even a good guess. What video card are you using? What are your current settings? System specs? A Direct X diagnostic report would help immensely.

As he said posting a dxdiag would be most helpful, but a simple step that often fixes many graphical issues is to update your video card drivers.
