Its rare (esp the tradable one), but they just put it back in game as a bind on aquire version... and the shroud regen item is 2-4x better.
If you want a plat value, im sure someone will be around to give you one shortly

Well... now that we can make regen items in the shroud it's value has gone down quite a bit I would say...
I wouldn't mind having one on my lowbie, but I wouldn't pay nearly as much as I would have pre-mod 6

I don't believe it is that valuable, some people might pay big bucks for the prestige of having the item though.
