    Default Can't log in. Very scary error.

    Okay, this is a pretty scary error:

    "The Username entered does not have an active DDO subscription. Please try another username."

    When I check my account at Turbine's billing website, I can log in, but none of my account information is there. I also get this error:

    "The system was unable to retrieve your account information at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please try again later."

    So are all my characters nuked or what? :P

    Holgar....give'em a few minutes. A lot of times when the servers come back up it takes 5~15 mins before you can really log in.

    Go take a bio / have a cancer stick....its gonna be ok.


    /if that doesnt fix it....your hosed!

    As he said billing servers were having some issues, if you continue to experience this please contact account support

    I had a similar message pop up yesterday morning and thought what the hell?
    Turns out when my CC expired last month I forgot to update my billing details with the new expiry date. Meh.
    Certainly didnt need a coffee to get my heart started that was for sure though,.
    A friend will bail you out of jail.
    A mate will be sitting in there beside you saying "**** that was awsome!!!"
