Just so you know, we ran Vision on elite last night.
I landed Wave of Fatigue and Wave of Exhaustion on Suulo from scrolls. Rolled 17 and 19, so i got lucky on first try twice. One thing is sure, bring a stack of 100 each, and you will land it.

Yep, if you don't have these spells, definitely bring scrolls--the debuffs really help a LOT if VoD. And it is certainly not impossible to land them from scrolls, especially if someone's got a shattermantle weapon.
