10 Day Trial Downloader Thing...Or Whatever.

Alright, so I'm really new to this. (As in, I just saw the webpage, thought the game looked cool, and wanted to have a ten day free trial to check it out). So anyway, I created an account with Turbine and stuff, my username for both the forums and the game is I_Elf_I. I then said "Download" on the official webpage. It gave me a file in "My Documents" called "DDO-US-M5.0-Downloader-StandardRes"

I double clicked it and it came to a cool picture and stuff, at the top it says "DDo Install Files part 1 (Part 1 of 5). Now the problem is, when I try to run it and install the files it gives me an error which says the following: "The file was not found on the server! This build of DDO M5.0 Standard Resolution Downloader may be out of date. Press resume on the main window to retry if you think it is a temorary problem." (So of course I press resume, but the message keeps popping up) It then continues with "Would you like to visit DDO M5.0 Standard Resolution Downloader website?" and I can say yes or no.

So, there's my problem. I don't even know if this is the correct place to put this query, but help would be much appreciated. Thanks.

And by the way, when it said select country I put the United States flag when I actually live in Canada. I'm praying that's not the reason the file is being like this, but I have a hunch that's the reason.

I just found out something that is a little bit fishy that might help you guys.

When I go to the website it says for step 2 "Once the .exe has completed downloading, double-click on the icon named DDO-US-Mod7-Downloader-StandardRes.exe on your desktop."

Mine is named "DDO-US-M5.0-Downloader-StandardRes"

Maybe that has to do with something?

Picking US won't be a problem - the US servers will accept connections from anywhere in the world - I played on them for a year before moving to Canada.

What *should* happen is you download the DDO-US-Mod7-Downloader-StandardRes.exe file - run it and it'll ask you to select a directory and then it will download the mail DDO installer and a number of .BIN files. Once that's complete (it might take a while) then it will install the game itself.

Try making sure the directory you have permission to write to the direectory you chose to download the files to.

I don't really follow very well. I selected "Download" and a file downloaded to my documents folder. I double click it and immediately the error message pops up.
