Could Rogue/Fighter Haste Boost be changed to Alacrity Boost?

It would be a more accurate description.

Well... neither of the titles are accurate, as haste boost stacks with haste (its name applies it does not) and alacrity does not (which would be even more confusing if renamed). A more fitting title might be attack speed boost, and in its description say "activate this ability to receive a stacking x% attack speed bonus for 20 seconds" instead of just "Activate this ability to receive an x% attack speed bonus for 20 seconds."
