Download stops at 6%

Hello,

I logged on about an hour ago expecting to be able to play the game after the maintenance. Unfortunately, in the Game Update Progress screen, the "Update Programs" stops at 6 %. The status is like that for an hour now. I talked to my guildies via Ventrillo and they said it only took them a minute to update the game. What do you think is the problem? I already rebooted several times.

Please go to your ddo program files folder and open the 'backup' folder and copy the contents into the main ddo folder and try playing again. If that does not work please try making a new windows user account and playing.
