Last nite (asian time), I couldn't get to sleep, got bored in the middle of the night and logged on into DDO. I decided to set up a "Hide and Seek" contest with a prize of 500 heal scrolls.
So, I hid myself in the Open Palm Inn located in House Jorasco. It did not take long for someone to find me. However, he did not PM me for contest details as specified in the LFM that I put up and thus did not win.
I took down the LFM, went to the Harbor to look for a new hiding spot and restarted the contest.
This time, many people PMed me for the contest details with 2 groups setting up LFMs to look for me. Unfortunately, 1 group was disqualified for making disparaging remarks.
It took more than 30 minutes but finally Breee's group found me.
The 500 heal scrolls were handed over to them, which they distributed amongst themselves.
One of them passed the buck forward and started a similar competition with his new found wealth.
To everyone who had participated in this small little contest, thank you for your time and effort.

I remember good ole +Sir Lawrence and his hide and seek, I ended playing against him and giving out better loot that night on Mabar...couple people walked away with a disruptor and vorpal that night, he sent me a tell basically to get off his kool aid and we joked about who had the better hiding spot. I never did get to find out what his hammer was, but we did have a Fascinating time in the Lobsta shortly thereafter compliments of a bard, too funny.
