    Healer Bounty:

    Has Anyone Seen The Heal Go Off Yet?
    Ive Spent About 30Mins In Pvp With A Barbarian Smackin' Me While Blocking, And Unblocking, And When Taking Ranged Damage.
    With No Effect... This Been Noticed By Anyone Else?

    And shouldn't it be mithral? It says mithral for durability.....

    Also Without Proficency You Do Not Get The Icon In The Top Right Corner, You Do Still However, Take The Attack Penatly.

    So i'm not crazy... I was wondering why I never saw it go off but kept thinking that since I was on my cleric chances are I'm always at full health and never noticed.

    Yeah, My Paladin Pulled It On His First Run About 2 Days After The Quest Came Out, And I Still Have Not Seen It Heal Me(With Multiple Tests).

    Yea I did DQ after I got the shield on my barbarian, I took aggro of the archers and they were hitting me the whole time, no healing went off. Kinda funny we get a new mod and 25% of it doesn't even work :P

    Shield.

    Bracers.

    Seems both items are only needed for the +3 Insight Bonus to AC and the 20% extra hate.
