WF: What Monk Weapons Take Advantage of WF?

I've always been confused with Weapons Finesse. I am never entirely sure if a weapon will use my Dex even though I have WF as a Feat. Can someone please tell me which weapons qualify as Dex weapons, especially for the Monk. I didn't go WF yet on my Monk, because I usually use a Stave and Handwraps.

Also, are there any other Monk weapons besides staves and handwraps? I think I heard someone mention the sai and nunchucks. Maybe they were just kidding, but it sounded cool. When I refer to Monk weapons, I mean weapons that can be used with our Ki.
