Are potency items working?

Hey all,

Stupid question here: are potency items working at all? I was under the impression they would work with both damage and healing spells, but on both my wiz and cleric now, I am not seeing a difference in my spells when I have my superior potency V items on or off. Do potency items stack with the enhanced fire or healing enhancements? If they don't stack then that's what's going on.

They Just Dont Stack With Other Potency Items.
